PLEASE BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN BIDDING! ONCE YOU PLACE YOUR BID IT IS CONSIDERED A CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT. WE WILL NOT RETRACT BIDS IF YOU MAKE A MISTAKE OR CHANGE YOUR MIND.  PAYMENT IS DUE AT THE CLOSE OF THE AUCTION.

Our auction system allows you to place a maximum bid which you can’t increase along the way or it will show up as two separate bids. You must wait to re-bid only when you have been knocked off the high bidder list. We recommend placing one bid for the maximum amount you're willing to pay for the auction item.

*NOTE: The timing of the Louden Swain Acoustic Jam will overlap with Jake Abel's Meet & Greet. Please pick only 1 of these events to bid on as they will conflict. 

Here's the opportunity for an amazing exclusive appearance that you will remember forever! This is the perfect special treat--an in-person, intimate party for TWENTY (20) LUCKY FANS to attend an acoustic jam performance by the band LOUDEN SWAIN.

This performance will take place at the GAYLORD OPRYLAND HOTEL, in Nashville, TN where the convention is being held. 

Approximately 30 min in length it is scheduled for Friday, March 8th  (time /location TBD)….HAPPY BIDDING!

PLEASE NOTE:

*Tickets are non-transferrable and not meant for resale.

* You must have an admission ticket for the convention on the day of this event.

*Creation reserves the right to reject any potential purchaser or winner for any reason we deem appropriate.

* This might not be suitable for those under 17 years of age and children under 10 years of age are not permitted to attend.

*If a caretaker is required we must be notified in advance and the caretaker must sit on the side of the room and not participate or engage as it would not be fair to those who purchased tickets.

*This event is for social purposes only – professional agendas (i.e., pitching ideas, scripts etc…) will not be allowed.

*Be fair to your fellow attendees and share the celebrity’s time.

If one or more of the other attendees is not behaving appropriately, please let the staff know so they can make sure this does not occur more than once.  If the volunteer present is not enforcing the rules please advise Stephanie or Monica so changes can be instituted on site.  EVERY ATTENDEE is entitled to have a great time, but we have to know about it as it occurs to take the necessary actions. We can’t help you resolve issues after the Convention is over.

*The schedule of events listing the time/location of the performance can be found on our website the Wednesday afternoon of convention week.  You can also pick-up a printed schedule at the convention.

*We always try not to schedule major events against each other. However, in case this does happen we will refund your money for the meet & greet (only) that you will miss.  PLEASE JANE ME KNOW OF ANY CONFLICTS BEFORE THE CONVENTION AS WE CANNOT REFUND MONEY AT THE CONVENTION. AS MENTIONED ABOVE THE ACOUSTIC JAM WILL CONFLICT WITH JAKE ABEL'S MEET & GREET. 

*Creation Entertainment reserves the right to cancel this stated event and refund payments if necessary.

*No alcoholic beverages allowed.

*No autographs/photographs/audio-visual taping of any kind.

* No recording and/or posting transcripts of private events.  

The private celebrity events are for a limited number of fans and are just that, private.  The guests feel freer in this setting than in front of larger groups and might not want content to go viral.  It is at the request of the guests, particularly the major ones, that these sessions are not audio or videotaped and are not transcribed or posted in any way.  Information heard or obtained from them may not be posted or disseminated in any way.  This is to protect the requests of our actors who wish to keep these events  private.  

Kindly understand that anyone who records, transcribes or posts about anything that was discussed, talked about or mentioned during this event will no longer be allowed to purchase future private event tickets.  We must do this to protect the relationship we all have (fandom and Creation) with our celebrities. 

DUTCH AUCTION BID INFORMATION:

PAYMENT INFORMATION:

This must be paid in full upon end of auction in US funds only.

We only accept PayPal. Please use the credit card option through their system, and do not use your bank account.  We DO NOT accept E-CHECKS! They take several days to clear and cannot be stopped once initiated.
