STAR TREK LAS VEGAS OFFICIAL CONVENTION: THE VIP EXPERIENCE!

PLEASE BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN BIDDING! ONCE YOU PLACE YOUR BID IT IS CONSIDERED A CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT. WE WILL NOT RETRACT BIDS IF YOU MAKE A MISTAKE OR CHANGE YOUR MIND.  PAYMENT IS DUE AT THE CLOSE OF THE AUCTION.

Our auction system allows you to place a maximum bid which you can’t increase along the way or it will show up as two separate bids. You must wait to re-bid only when you have been knocked off the high bidder list. We recommend placing one bid for the maximum amount you're willing to pay for the auction item.

IMPORTANT:  You must have a GOLD ticket to the convention in order to bid on THE VIP EXPERIENCE. If you do not have a GOLD ticket you will have to purchase one at close of auction.  If you had already purchased another ticket level you will need to pay the difference to upgrade to GOLD.  If we do not have a GOLD seat available you would still pay the difference in price to upgrade to GOLD but keep your current seat.

We’ve poured our hearts and hard work into making this event, THE EVENT OF THE YEAR, that our fellow fans will treasure, and the amazing months early sell-out is incredibly gratifying and appreciated beyond measure. 

The VIP EXPERIENCE is the deluxe ultra-upscale way to attend the convention, limited to 20 lucky fans.   Those who win the auction will get to “hang out” and personally meet most of the celebrities who appear on the big stage in the exclusive VIP LOUNGE (a separate room designated for the meet & greets so noise leakage isn’t an issue).  We also serve snacks and beverages throughout the day as well as lunch, and all VIPs have first in line privileges for anything they already have a ticket for (that is run by Creation, so for those stars “signing” on their own, this first in line privilege is not valid unless the star or representatives choose to honor it, and in the past some have). 

VIPs also receive a special VIP welcome packages as well as a dedicated VIP badge and laminate that signifies your special status.  This is THE way to amp up an already great convention into a true once in a lifetime celebration.  VIPs are also be given a schedule in the VIP Lounge that will indicate when the celebrities will come by.  No photos or autographs are allowed during this unique time spent with the stars.  

Those who bid for THE VIP EXPERIENCE must be Gold Weekend Patrons. If you win and are not currently a GOLD Weekend Patron, you will need to pay the difference from what you have now and upgrade to GOLD.  If there are no GOLD tickets to offer, you will still have to pay the difference in price to UPGRADE to GOLD but you would keep your original seat.

THINGS TO KNOW!

*You must have a GOLD ticket to the convention to bid on this THE VIP EXPERIENCE. If you do not have a GOLD ticket you will have to purchase one at close of auction. If you already have another level of ticket you will have to pay the difference in price to UPGRADE to GOLD. If there are no GOLD tickets available you will still have to pay the difference in price but keep your current seat.

* Please take your paid receipt along with your photo ID directly to the VIP registration counter in order to pick-up your pass. This Registration counter is set-up exclusively for the VIP patrons.

* All guests are tentative and subject to change.

*This Pass is non-transferrable and not meant for resale.

*Creation reserves the right to reject any potential purchaser for any reason including not following the rules or being disruptive. 

*VIP status includes going to the front of the line for anything you already have purchased a ticket for. This does not include front of line for audience mic for questions.

*This event is for social purposes only – professional agendas (i.e., pitching ideas, scripts etc…) will not be allowed. 

*Be fair to your fellow attendees and share the celebrity’s time.

If one or more of the VIPs is dominating the conversations in the private meet and greets please let either Gary, Stephanie or Adam know so they can make sure this does not occur more than once.  If the VIP Liaison present is not enforcing the rules, please advise one of us so changes can be instituted on site.  EVERY VIP is entitled to have a great time, but we have to know about it as it occurs to take the necessary actions.  Sometimes not all of us are present at the convention at the same time, but one of us is almost always there.

*The VIPS will have their own special VIP Lounge open during the daytime event. The Celebrity Meet & Greets will be held in the VIP LOUNGE.

*THE VIP EXPERIENCE Celebrity Meet & Greet are ten minutes in length. The schedule will be given to you upon arrival at VIP Registration. A copy can be found in THE VIP LOUNGE at the beginning of each day.

*Lunch will be served daily. The menu will be determined at a later date and will depend on what is available at the show's venue.  If you have any dietary restrictions, please see your VIP Liaison when you arrive to help you find alternative selection

*No alcoholic beverages allowed.

*Children under 6 years of age not permitted to attend.

*Autographs/Photographs are not permitted. 

* No recording and/or posting transcripts of private meet & greets.

The private celebrity meet and greets, including those at THE VIP EXPERIENCE, are for a limited number of fans are just that, private.  The guests feel freer to discuss topics they may not want to in front of larger groups where their thoughts may go viral.  It is at the request of the guests, particularly the major ones, that these meet and greet sessions are not audio or videotaped and are not transcribed word for word on line.  While an online general report would of course be acceptable, word for word transcripts jeopardize the entire process for the future and we have been told as such by our celebrities.

Kindly understand that any transcription that shows up of a private meet in greet will lead to a banning of said poster from future conventions.  We must do this to protect the relationship we all have (fandom and Creation) with our celebrities. 

DUTCH AUCTION BID INFORMATION:

PAYMENT INFORMATION:

This must be paid in full upon end of auction in US funds only. 

Please make payment to our PayPal account:  jane@creationent.com and be sure to pay with your credit card through their system. If you use your ATM card or bank account it will process as an e-Check that can take up to 8 business days to clear and cannot be stopped mid-process should you make that mistake.

Include in the "notes" section of PayPal your name (or the intended ticket holder's name) along with your Gold Seat number and the invoice number on the receipt of purchase for the Gold ticket which is required for the VIP. If you can't find the "notes" section just follow up with an email to us with this information.
