Our auction system allows you to place a maximum bid which you can’t increase along the way or it will show up as two separate bids. You must wait to re-bid only when you have been knocked off the high bidder list. We recommend placing one bid for the maximum amount you're willing to pay for the auction item.

This is the perfect special treat--an in-person, intimate party for THIRTY (30) LUCKY FANS to attend a private acoustic jam session by the band LOUDEN SWAIN! We have sold 7 tickets in a previous auction with 23 still available! 

Join the fun with fellow fans, hear the band up close and personal! This will take place at the Westin Bayshore in Vancouver, BC, Canada where the convention is being held.  Approximately 30 min in length it is scheduled on Sunday, October 23rd (time/location TBA)..HAPPY BIDDING!

THINGS TO KNOW!

*Ticket is non-transferrable and not meant for resale.

* You must have an admission ticket for the convention on the day of this event.

*Creation reserves the right to reject any potential purchaser or winner for any reason we deem appropriate.

* You must be 18 years of age or older to attend.

*If a caretaker is required, we must be notified in advance and the caretaker must sit in the back of the room and not participate or engage as it would not be fair to those who purchased tickets.

*This event is for social purposes only. Keep conversation and questions light and pleasant in nature – professional agendas (i.e., pitching ideas, scripts etc…) will not be allowed.

*Be fair to your fellow attendees and behave appropriately.

If one or more of the other attendees is not behaving appropriately in this private event please staff know so they can make sure this does not occur more than once.  If the volunteer present is not enforcing the rules please advise Stephanie or Monica so changes can be instituted on site.  EVERY ATTENDEE is entitled to have a great time, but we have to know about it as it occurs to take the necessary actions. We can’t help you resolve issues after the Convention is over.

*The schedule of events listing the time/location ocan be found on our website the Wednesday afternoon of convention week.  You can also pick-up a printed schedule at the convention.

*We always try not to schedule major events against each other. However, in case this does happen we will refund your money for the meet & greet (only) that you will miss. PLEASE LET ME KNOW OF ANY CONFLICTS BEFORE THE CONVENTION AS WE CANNOT REFUND MONEY AT THE CONVENTION.

*Creation Entertainment reserves the right to cancel this stated event and refund payments if necessary.

*No alcoholic beverages allowed.

*No autographs/photographs/audio-visual taping of any kind.

* No recording and/or posting transcripts of private meet & greets.  

The private celebrity special events are for a limited number of fans and are just that, private.  The guests feel freer in this environment than in front of larger groups where their thoughts may go viral.  It is at the request of the guests, particularly the major ones, that these special sessions are not audio or videotaped and are not transcribed or posted in any way. Information heard or obtained from here may not be posted or disseminated in any way.  This is to protect the requests of our actors who wish to keep these events private. 

Kindly understand that anyone who records, transcribes or posts about anything that was discussed, talked about or mentioned during this event will no longer be allowed to purchase future meet & greets.  We must do this to protect the relationship we all have (fandom and Creation) with our celebrities. 

DUTCH AUCTION BID INFORMATION:

PAYMENT INFORMATION:

PAYMENT IS DUE IN FULL AT CLOSE OF AUCTION. We only accept PayPal payments in US funds.

If you are not signed up for PayPal, you can still use your credit card through their system at www.PayPal.com and issue payment to our account: jane@creationent.com   using the "goods & services" option when prompted.

ONLY USE YOUR CREDIT CARD, through Paypal and not an ATM Debit or Bank Account. Otherwise, this could show up to us as an eCheck which takes several days to clear and cannot be stopped mid-process should you make that mistake.

* If the ticket is not for you (or you have more than 1 ticket), kindly provide the name(s) of the intended recipient(s) required for the door list.
