Our auction system allows you to place a maximum bid which you can’t increase along the way or it will show up as two separate bids. As a result of the Supreme Court Ruling during 2018 affecting online sales taxes (both state and local taxes), various states are requiring sales tax (both state and local taxes) on ANY online sales; therefore, you may now start seeing a separate charge on your invoice for this sales tax. The prices at the conventions will be the same as those on-line. The tax amount for the State of Nevada is 8.375%.

This Meet & Greet will take place at the Rio All-Suite Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada-- where the convention is being held.  Approximately 30 min in length it is scheduled for SATURDAY,  JANUARY 17 (time/location TBD) --HAPPY BIDDING!

*Ticket is non-transferrable and not meant for resale.

* You must be 18 years of age or older to attend and show photo ID.

* You must have an admission ticket for the convention on the day of this event.

*Creation reserves the right to reject any potential purchaser or winner for any reason we deem appropriate.

*If a caretaker is required, we must be notified in advance and the caretaker must sit on the side of the room and not participate or engage as it would not be fair to those who purchased tickets.

*This event is for social purposes only. Keep conversation and questions light and pleasant in nature – professional agendas (i.e., pitching ideas, scripts etc…) will not be allowed.

*Be fair to your fellow attendees and share the celebrity’s time. If one or more of the other attendees is dominating the conversations in the private Meet & Greets please staff know so they can make sure this does not occur more than once.  If the volunteer present is not enforcing the rules please advise Brittany or Monica so changes can be instituted on site.  EVERY ATTENDEE is entitled to have a great time, but we have to know about it as it occurs to take the necessary actions. We can’t help you resolve issues after the Convention is over.

*The schedule of events listing the time/location of this Meet & Greet can be found on our website the Wednesday afternoon of convention week.  You can also pick-up a printed schedule at the convention.

*We always try not to schedule Meet & Greets against each other. However, in case this does happen we will refund your money for the meet & greet (only) that you will miss. PLEASE LET JANE KNOW OF ANY CONFLICTS BEFORE THE CONVENTION AS WE CANNOT REFUND MONEY AT THE CONVENTION.

*Creation Entertainment reserves the right to cancel this stated event and refund payments if necessary.

*No alcoholic beverages allowed.

*No autographs/photographs/audio-visual taping of any kind. We will allow our Creation Representative to snap a "group" photo of you with the other guests and the celebrity (all together) using your camera at a designated time toward the end of the event should you want a memento.

*Autographs/Photo ops are not permitted.

*No recording and/or posting transcripts of private Meet & Greets. The private celebrity Meet & Greets, including those at THE VIP EXPERIENCE, are for a limited number of fans are just that--PRIVATE.  The guests feel freer to discuss topics they may not want to in front of larger groups where their thoughts may go viral.  It is at the request of the guests, particularly the major ones, that these Meet & Greet sessions are not audio or videotaped and are not transcribed word for word online.  While an online general report would of course be acceptable, word for word transcripts jeopardize the entire process for the future and we have been told as such by our celebrities.

Kindly understand that any transcription that shows up of a private Meet & Greet will lead to a ban of the said poster from future conventions. We MUST DO THIS to protect the relationship we all have (fandom and Creation) with our celebrities.

DUTCH AUCTION BID INFORMATION:

In an auction situation anything can happen, you could potentially not win all the tickets you intended but here is some strategy advice to help avoid this happening!

Our auction system allows you to place a maximum bid which you can’t increase along the way, or it will show up as two separate bids. What you bid is a secret.

When looking at the HIGH BIDDERS list, the amount you see next to the user ID names is the amount it is at currently for the group.  You can tell where you place as the highest high bidder is shown at the top down to the lowest high bidder appearing at the bottom of the list.  As recommended above since you can't increase your original bid until you fall off the high bidders list we suggest you put in the highest amount you are willing to go and it will increase in increments up to that amount until you fall off the list at which time you can bid higher and place back on in a better position. Please note: the amount you put in is per ticket not for the entire quantity of tickets.

Now here is where it gets tricky and what you can try to do to avoid only getting some of the tickets you wanted.

Should you be in LAST POSITION on the HIGH BIDDERS LIST in a fully engaged auction (meaning all the tickets have bids on them) you are next to be picked off, and it could be one ticket at a time as other bidders come on--especially in the last few minutes or seconds of the auction.  To avoid this, you can knock yourself off the list by bidding higher for your tickets and placing back on but in a better and higher position—BUT IF YOU TRY THIS UNDER ANY OTHER CONDITIONS SUCH AS NOT BEING IN LAST PLACE IN A FULLY ENGAGED AUCTION, YOU WILL SHOW UP TWICE AND BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL YOUR BIDS.

PAYMENT INFORMATION: 

PAYMENT IS DUE IN FULL AT CLOSE OF AUCTION. We only accept PayPal payments in US funds.

ONLY USE your debit or credit card to pay through the PayPal system (DO NOT USE YOUR BANK ACCOUNT). Issue your payment to us at jane@creationent.com  using the "goods & services" option IF prompted.
