STLV TREK TO VEGAS 60TH ANNIVERSARY CONVENTION: THE VIP EXPERIENCE!
PLEASE BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN BIDDING! ONCE YOU PLACE YOUR BID IT IS CONSIDERED A CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT. WE WILL NOT RETRACT BIDS IF YOU MAKE A MISTAKE OR CHANGE YOUR MIND. PAYMENT IS DUE AT THE CLOSE OF THE AUCTION.
Our auction system allows you to place a maximum bid which you can’t increase along the way or it will show up as two separate bids. You must wait to re-bid only when you have been knocked off the high bidder list. We recommend placing one bid for the maximum amount you're willing to pay for the auction item. Read the section "bidding information" toward the bottom for best bidding strategy should you require more than 1 ticket.
IMPORTANT: You must have a GOLD ticket to the convention in order to bid on THE VIP EXPERIENCE. If you do not have a GOLD ticket, you will have to purchase one at the close of the auction. If you had already purchased another ticket level, you will need to pay the difference to upgrade to GOLD. If we do not have a GOLD seat available, you would still pay the difference in price to upgrade to GOLD but keep your current seat and those level benefits.
STATE TAXES INCLUDED ON YOUR INVOICE:
As a result of the Supreme Court Ruling during 2018 affecting online sales taxes (both state and local taxes), various states are requiring sales tax (both state and local taxes) on ANY online sales; therefore, you may now start seeing a separate charge on your invoice for this sales tax. The prices at the conventions will be the same as those online. The sales tax rate for NEVADA is 8.375% Visit the National Conference of State Legislatures website for more information.
THE VIP EXPERIENCE
We also serve snacks and beverages throughout the day as well as lunch, and all VIPS have first in line privileges for anything they already have a ticket for (that is run by Creation, so for those stars “signing” on their own, this first in line privilege is not valid unless the star or representatives choose to honor it, and in the past, some have). VIPs also receive special VIP welcome packages as well as a dedicated VIP badge and laminate that signifies your special status. This is THE way to amp up an already great convention into a true once in a lifetime celebration. VIPs are given a schedule in the VIP Lounge that will indicate when the celebrities come by. No photos or autographs are allowed during this unique time spent with the stars.
THINGS TO KNOW!
IF YOU REQUIRE MORE THAN ONE SEAT: YOU COULD WIN ONLY 1 OF THE SEATS YOU INTENDED. FOR BEST BIDDING STRATEGY, SCROLL DOWN TO THE "BIDDING INFORMATION" SECTION TO TRY TO AVOID THIS HAPPENING--BEFORE PLACING YOUR BID.

If you do not have a GOLD ticket you will have to purchase one at close of auction. If you already have another level of ticket you will have to pay the difference in price to UPGRADE to GOLD. If there are no GOLD tickets available, you will still have to pay the difference in price but keep your current seat.
* Please take your paid receipt along with your photo ID directly to the VIP registration counter to pick-up your pass(es).
This Registration counter is set-up exclusively for VIP patrons.
* All guests are tentative and subject to change.
*This Pass is non-transferrable and not meant for resale.
*You must be 18 years or older to attend and show photo I.D.
*If a caretaker is required, we must be notified in advance and the caretaker must sit on the side of the room and not participate or engage as it would not be fair to those who purchased tickets.
*Creation reserves the right to reject any potential purchaser for any reason including not following the rules or being disruptive.
*VIP status includes going to the front of the line for anything you already have purchased a ticket for. This does not include front of line for audience mic for questions.
*This event is for social purposes only – professional agendas (i.e., pitching ideas, scripts etc…) will not be allowed.
*Be fair to your fellow attendees and share the celebrity’s time.
If one or more of the VIPs is dominating the conversations in the private meet and greets please let either Brittany, Monica, or Adam know so they can make sure this does not occur more than once. If the VIP Liaison present is not enforcing the rules, please advise one of us so changes can be instituted on site. EVERY VIP is entitled to have a great time, but we have to know about it as it occurs to take the necessary actions. Sometimes not all of us are present at the convention at the same time, but one of us is almost always there.
*The VIPS will have their own special VIP Lounge open during the daytime event. The Celebrity Meet & Greets will be held in the VIP LOUNGE.
*The VIP Liaison is there to assist all members of the VIP in organizing their schedules and expediting them through lines. Since they are assisting all 20 VIP's they may not be available to personally escort you to each of your events. Please be courteous of other VIP's when working with the Liaison to ensure the Liaison has time for everyone. For those VIP's with very full schedules or that prefer more personal 1:1 support we recommend a Concierge which can be added on top of VIP.
* Only VIP ticket holders are allowed access into the Lounge (no additional family/friends).
*THE VIP EXPERIENCE Celebrity Meet & Greet are ten minutes in length.
The schedule will be given to you upon arrival at VIP Registration. A copy can be found in THE VIP LOUNGE at the beginning of each day.
*Lunch will be served daily.
The menu will be determined at a later date and will depend on what is available at the show's venue. If you have any dietary restrictions, please see your VIP Liaison when you arrive to help you find alternative selection.
*No alcoholic beverages allowed.
*Autographs/Photographs are not permitted.
* No recording and/or posting transcripts of private meet & greets.
The private celebrity meet and greets, including those at THE VIP EXPERIENCE, are for a limited number of fans are just that, private. The guests feel freer to discuss topics they may not want to in front of larger groups where their thoughts may go viral. It is at the request of the guests, particularly the major ones, that these meet and greet sessions are not audio or videotaped and are not transcribed word for word on line. While an online general report would of course be acceptable, word for word transcripts jeopardize the entire process for the future and we have been told as such by our celebrities.
Kindly understand that any transcription that shows up of a private meet in greet will lead to a banning of said poster from future conventions. We must do this to protect the relationship we all have (fandom and Creation) with our celebrities.

In an auction situation anything can happen, you could potentially not win all the tickets you intended but here is some strategy advice to help avoid this happening!

What you bid is a secret.
When looking at the HIGH BIDDERS list, the amount you see next to the user ID names is the amount it is at currently for the group. You can tell where you place as the highest high bidder is shown at the top down to the lowest high bidder appearing at the bottom of the list. As recommended above since you can't increase your original bid until you fall off the high bidders list we suggest you put in the highest amount you are willing to go and it will increase in increments up to that amount until you fall off the list at which time you can bid higher and place back on in a better position. Please note: the amount you put in is per ticket not for the entire quantity of tickets.
Now here is where it gets tricky and what you can try to do to avoid only getting some of the tickets you wanted.
Should you be in LAST POSITION on the HIGH BIDDERS LIST in a fully engaged auction (meaning all the tickets have bids on them) you are next to be picked off, and it could be one ticket at a time as other bidders come on--especially in the last few minutes or seconds of the auction. To avoid this, you can knock yourself off the list by bidding higher for your tickets and placing back on but in a better and higher position—BUT IF YOU TRY THIS UNDER ANY OTHER CONDITIONS SUCH AS NOT BEING IN LAST PLACE IN A FULLY ENGAGED AUCTION, YOU WILL SHOW UP TWICE AND BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL YOUR BIDS.
PAYMENT INFORMATION:
This must be paid in full upon end of auction in US funds only. Please make payment to our PayPal account jane@creationent.com as we will only accept PayPal payments. Use your credit card or atm debit card through their system (not your bank account). INVOICES WITH CORRECT AMOUNT DUE (including taxes) IS SENT AUTOMATICALLY AT CLOSE OF AUCTION. If you did not receive which sometimes happens, email Jane@CreationEnt.com for amount and instructions to pay.
Make sure to include your name and if not the ticketholder, their name. We will need to know your Gold Seat number and the invoice number on the receipt of purchase (this is not the number on the actual ticket).
