SUPERNATURAL CHARLOTTE CONVENTION: THE VIP EXPERIENCE!  

PLEASE BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN BIDDING! ONCE YOU PLACE YOUR BID IT IS CONSIDERED A CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT. WE WILL NOT RETRACT BIDS IF YOU MAKE A MISTAKE OR CHANGE YOUR MIND.  PAYMENT IS DUE AT THE CLOSE OF THE AUCTION.

Our auction system allows you to place a maximum bid which you can’t increase along the way or it will show up as two separate bids. You must wait to re-bid only when you have been knocked off the high bidder list. We recommend placing one bid for the maximum amount you're willing to pay for the auction item.

IMPORTANT: You must have a GOLD ticket to the convention to bid on THE VIP EXPERIENCE. If you do not have a GOLD ticket you will have to purchase one at close of auction.  If you had already purchased another ticket level you will have to pay the difference to upgrade to GOLD plus the cost of the VIP EXPERIENCE.  If we do not have a GOLD seat available for you at close of auction you get the next best level that is available for sale.

"THE VIP EXPERIENCE"

Enjoy the best experience that we offer!  By going “VIP” you get amazing benefits!  At our preview night (usually the night before our programming begins), you get to register before anyone else!  Your VIP Liaison will greet you with a special VIP goodie bag and provide your credentials to you upon arrival.  And, your VIP Liaison will be with you throughout the weekend.  They will help you navigate to the front of the lines through your weekend and assist with any scheduling conflicts you may have.  Enjoy your FRONT OF THE LINE privileges for anything you have a ticket for including autographs, photo ops, registration and merchandise lines!  Please note, this does not include front of the line for open mic questions.

During the daytimes of each day of the event, enjoy your exclusive VIP Lounge complete with beverages, snacks and lunch will be provided each day.  If you have any dietary restrictions, please let your VIP liaison know to go over alternative choices.  The VIP Lounge is also where your scheduled 10 meet & greets with the celebrities will take place.  The VIP schedule will be included in your VIP goodie bag.  Please note, autographs and photo ops are not permitted during meet & greets.

Depending on the venue, we might be able to set up a table backstage that’s available during the daytimes where you can catch a glimpse of the action (again subject to venue availability)!  Please note, all meet & greets, refreshments and lunches will take place in the VIP Lounge.

Those who have done this at past conventions have truly had an experience to remember forever!

THINGS TO KNOW:

*All guests are tentative and subject to change.

*This Pass is non-transferrable and not meant for resale.

*You must have a GOLD ticket to the convention to bid on the VIP EXPERIENCE. If you do not have a GOLD ticket, you will have to purchase one at close of auction. If you already have another level of ticket you will have to pay the difference to upgrade to GOLD plus pay the cost of THE VIP EXPERIENCE. If we do not have any GOLD seats available for the upgrade, you still have to pay the difference in price from your current ticket level to GOLD, keep your original seat and do not receive those GOLD package benefits.

*Creation reserves the right to reject any potential purchaser for any reason including not following the rules or being disruptive.

*Please take your paid receipt along with your photo ID directly to the VIP registration desk to pick-up your pass. Your VIP Liaison will be there to greet you at pre-registration (usually held the evening before the event begins).  You may register at any time that registration is open, just go to the front of the line and let them know you’re a VIP and they get you in touch with your Liaison.

*VIP status includes going to the front of the line for anything you already have purchased a ticket for. This does not include front of line for audience mic for questions.

*This event is for social purposes only – professional agendas (i.e., pitching ideas, scripts etc…) will not be allowed.

*Be fair to your fellow attendees and share the celebrity’s time.

If one or more of the VIPs is dominating the conversations in the private meet and greets please let either Adam, Stephanie or Monica know so they can make sure this does not occur more than once.  If the Team Member present is not enforcing the rules, please advise one of them on-site so changes can be instituted.  EVERY VIP is entitled to have a great time, but we have to know about it as it occurs to take the necessary actions.  Sometimes not all of us are present at the convention, but in the vast majority of cases we are.

*All meet & greets with the celebrities will take place in the exclusive VIP LOUNGE.

This Lounge is only for the VIP group, and the Lounge is available to you during the daytimes of the show.  Snacks, beverages and lunch will be provided each day.  If you have any dietary restrictions, please let your VIP Liaison know in advance so they can provide you alternative options. The VIP Meet with Rob Benedict requires you must be fully vaccinated to attend.

*The VIP Celebrity Meet & Greets are ten minutes in length.

The schedule will be placed in your goodie bag given to you upon arrival at VIP Registration and a copy will also be provided in the VIP Lounge.

*Exclusive Backstage VIP Table.

Whenever possible (pending venue availability), you will be provided with a table backstage where you can try to catch a glimpse of the backstage action!  This table is available during the daytimes of the event.

*No alcoholic beverages or giving of gifts allowed.

If you’d like to give the celebrity a gift, please send it to the address provided on our website.

*Children under 6 years of age not permitted to attend.

*Friends and family are not permitted to enter the VIP Lounge unless they too have a VIP pass.

*If you require a caregiver, we must be notified in advance of the convention and that person must sit in the back of the room and not engage as it would not be fair to the other ticket holders.

*Autographs/Photo ops are not permitted.

*No recording and/or posting transcripts of private meet & greets.

The private celebrity meet and greets, including those at THE VIP EXPERIENCE, are for a limited number of fans are just that, private.  The guests feel freer to discuss topics they may not want to in front of larger groups where their thoughts may go viral.  It is at the request of the guests, particularly the major ones, that these meet and greet sessions are not audio or videotaped and are not transcribed word for word on line.  While an online general report would of course be acceptable, word for word transcripts jeopardize the entire process for the future and we have been told as such by our celebrities.

Kindly understand that any transcription that shows up of a private meet in greet will lead to a banning of said poster from future conventions.  We must do this to protect the relationship we all have (fandom and Creation) with our celebrities.

DUTCH AUCTION BID INFORMATION:

PAYMENT INFORMATION: 

This must be paid in full upon end of auction in US funds only.

We only accept payments through the PayPal system. Please pay with a credit card  not an ATM debit card or funds through your bank account. Otherwise, this can cause the payment to be sent to us as an eCheck which can take up to 8 business days to clear (and cannot be stopped mid-process).
